This Privacy Policy describes how Ephesian 28 LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of TapJail (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

TapJail is designed to function primarily on-device. We collect limited information as described below.

a. Information You Provide

• Purchase information processed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat (our payment processor). We do not store or access your payment card details.
• Support communications if you contact us by email.

b. Information Collected Automatically

• Screen Time & Usage Data: TapJail uses Apple's ScreenTime / FamilyControls API to monitor and restrict app usage. This data is processed entirely on your device by Apple's operating system. We do not receive, transmit, or store your screen time data on any server.
• Device Storage: App settings and preferences (such as your daily budget, selected apps, and onboarding state) are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage APIs. This data never leaves your device.
• Purchase & Entitlement Data: RevenueCat, our subscription management provider, collects anonymized purchase receipts, subscription status, and a randomly generated user identifier to manage your TapJail Pro entitlement. RevenueCat does not collect personally identifiable information unless you contact support. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Crash & Diagnostic Data: Apple may automatically collect anonymized crash reports and diagnostic data if you have opted into sharing this information with app developers in your iOS Settings. We use this only to improve app stability.

c. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information unless you contact us directly.
• We do not collect the specific content of apps you use or block.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use tracking for advertising purposes.

2. How We Use Information

We use the limited information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
• Process and manage your TapJail Pro subscription through RevenueCat.
• Respond to your support requests.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: RevenueCat processes subscription and purchase data on our behalf. They are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Apple: App Store purchases and device diagnostics are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

Data stored locally on your device is retained until you delete the App or clear its data. Purchase records retained by RevenueCat are subject to RevenueCat's retention policies. Support emails are retained as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry.

5. Children's Privacy

TapJail is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete it. 6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we collect. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and disclaim liability for unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Apple ScreenTime / FamilyControls API — apple.com/privacy
• RevenueCat — revenuecat.com/privacy
• Apple App Store — apple.com/legal/privacy

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you. 9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale of your personal information. 10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
